Superb Antique Heirloom Patek Philippe Hunter Case 18K Solid Gold Pocket Watch with Top EXTRA Grade Movement. The movement is fully jeweled at 20-21j with a sleuth of top quality features such as Snail Cam Fine Regulator and Wolf Teeth Winding Wheels. It also comes with solid gold balance screws, solid gold center jewel chaton, and the layout is one of the most desirable for Patek Philipe Pocket Watches. This pocket watch was sold through Geo. Shreve & Co. of San Francisco in the 1880s. Shreve & Co. is still one of the premier retailers of Northern California today of high end jewelry and watches (They are still a Patek Philippe Authorized Dealer) as they have been since the 1870s. The movement serial number matches the case, so this watch is 100% original as the way it was sold 140 years ago.
