SWISS RAMEX 18K Ladies Vintage Art Nouveau Diamond Cocktail Bracelet w/Concealing Cover Hand-Wind 1930-40s Pink Gold

REMARKS: Gorgeous vintage Swiss Ramex (brand) 18K Solid Pink Gold Art Nouveau Cocktail Bracelet Watch from the 1930-1940s.  Amongst the many ladies cocktail wristwatches we’ve handled and owned, this particular example is unique in that all of its bracelet links and concealing cover are all intricately designed with Art Nouveau elements that really exemplifies the 1930s glamourous styling.  Due to the extremely fancy cover concealing the entire dial perfectly, this is a piece of vintage haute jewelry more fitting to double as bracelet than merely a ladies wristwatch.  Ramex is a rather generic and odd Swiss brand and this was chosen to fit the custom made bracelet which can be replaced easily into another more famous maker.  The fact that it is made from 18K pink gold makes it extra great and valuable as well.

CONDITION REPORT: Condition-wise the watch runs and sets.  We have not tested the timekeeping accuracy and being it is a vintage watch most likely it will require service if the next owner is looking to use it regularly.  We do not offer timekeeping or any functional guarantee.  Ultimately the decision to service the watch is the sole responsibility of the end user.  Cosmetically the entire bracelet including the concealing cover, links and buckle are all in great condition.  The buckle button and safety clasp are all intact and working.  The dial is tarnished with some spotting but as said earlier this movement can be replaced easily.  Total length is 17.3cm, it will wear up to 6.7” inches in length.  Diameter is 20mm across the widest points of the concealing cover, bracelet diameter is 15mm.  Total weight is 40.2g.
