RETURN POLICY

At LUXEDEALMASTER®, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. Because we specialize in pre-owned, vintage, and antique luxury goods, returns are rare and handled strictly on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free process, returns are only considered under the terms and conditions below. This policy explains when and how returns may be accepted, your obligations when returning an item, and circumstances where returns are not available.

1. Return Eligibility and Approval:

  • All returns must be approved by LUXEDEALMASTER® before being shipped back. Approval is at our sole and absolute discretion, and our decision is final and not subject to challenge.
  • Requests for returns must be submitted and postmarked within five (5) calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Requests outside this window will not be accepted, unless required by the applicable law.
  • Items must be returned in the exact condition as sold and delivered, including all accessories, packaging, certificates, and documentation. Any returns showing signs of use, wear, resizing, tampering, or modification will not be accepted.
  • For consigned items, authenticity disputes raised after delivery will not qualify for return unless otherwise required by law.

2. Return Shipment Process:

Purchasers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly advise using the fastest available courier service with full insurance coverage and secure packaging to avoid losses or damages.
At the buyer’s request, we may assist with return shipping by purchasing a return label and charging a service fee.
Risk of loss, theft, or damage in transit remains with the buyer until the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by us. Returns from outside the USA may also be subject to additional customs, import taxes, or fees, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

3. Restocking Fee:

All accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%–20%, depending on the item’s value, condition, and associated costs, determined at our sole discretion. This fee will be deducted from any refund provided.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items sold as Brand New (including those labeled “BN”, “Brand New in Box”, or “BNIB”) are strictly non-returnable.
  • Items marked as clearance, special discount, or specifically labeled No Returns in their listing are not eligible for return.
  • Items purchased through our VIP wholesale section are not returnable.
  • Items showing any signs of being used, sized, worn, or altered are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

5. Condition of Returned Merchandise:

Returned merchandise must be received in the exact condition as originally sold and delivered by LUXEDEALMASTER®. This means the item must be unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of use, damage, tampering, or modification. All accompanying materials – including boxes, packaging, certificates, manuals, tags, receipts, and accessories – must be returned in their original form. Incomplete, substituted, or altered returns will be automatically rejected, or additional charges may be applied at our sole discretion. Our inspection findings and decisions regarding the condition and acceptance of returned items are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

6. Customer Responsibility for Risk:

Customers bear full responsibility for ensuring safe and timely return delivery. Returns lost, damaged, or delayed in transit due to customer’s choice of courier, inadequate packaging, or customs issues will not be accepted or refunded. We strongly encourage customers to insure return shipments for the full value of the item.

7. Documentation and Inspection of Returns:

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Customers may be required to provide photos or other supporting documentation before approval. Any discrepancies between the returned item and the original condition will result in rejection of the return.

8. Contact for Return Requests:

To request a return, email us at info@luxedealmaster.com within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order. Include your invoice or receipt number, description of the item, and reason for the return. Supporting photos may be required for approval.

9. Refund Policy:

Please refer to our Refund Policy, which governs how refunds are processed once a return has been accepted. Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the terms of this Return Policy.

10. Legal Compliance:

This Return Policy applies except where mandatory state, federal, or international laws grant you additional rights. In such cases, those laws will take precedence to the extent they cannot be waived. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude rights you may have under applicable consumer protection statutes.
