Consigned Products: For consigned items, LUXEDEALMASTER^® acts solely as an intermediary between consignor and buyer. We rely on consignor representations as to authenticity, ownership, and condition of goods. We disclaim liability for consignor misrepresentations, ownership disputes, or claims arising after sale. Buyers agree that their sole recourse in such cases lies with the consignor, not LUXEDEALMASTER^®.
Authenticity and Third-Party Verification: While we take reasonable steps to verify authenticity, we are not the manufacturers or brands that produce or trademark the products we sell, and therefore cannot guarantee authenticity beyond the remedies stated in our Return Policy. Any third-party authentication reports are provided “as is” and LUXEDEALMASTER^® disclaims responsibility for errors or omissions in such reports. Customers may choose to obtain insurance appraisals, brand verifications, or third-party authentication services after purchase; however, we can only represent the products we sell based on our own inspections and good-faith assessments. Pre-Owned and Vintage Condition Disclaimer

Most of the items that we sell are pre-owned, vintage, or consigned. Normal wear, restoration, repair, aftermarket modifications, or variations in condition are to be expected. We provide descriptions and photographs in good faith, but these may not capture every flaw. Buyers acknowledge that representations of condition are subjective and agree that claims relating to normal wear (including but not limited to crystals, cases, crowns, casebacks, bracelets, straps, buttons, screws, dials, or hands) do not constitute grounds for return.

No Warranties on Functionality or Performance: Watches, jewelry, fashion accessories, and antique collectibles sold by us are not guaranteed to meet manufacturer specifications for water resistance, accuracy, functionality, or durability. Service history may be unknown, and aftermarket parts may be present. LUXEDEALMASTER^® is not responsible for any future servicing, maintenance, or repairs.
Market Value and Investment Disclaimer: Collectibles, luxury watches, jewelry, antiques and related goods are subject to market volatility.
