Payment Policy

We are committed to making your purchasing process safe, transparent, and efficient. Because we deal in high-value pre-owned, vintage, and antique luxury goods, payments must always be made in cleared funds before an order can be shipped. This policy explains the accepted methods of payment, conditions for deposits and rain-checks, and the protections in place for both parties.

Please read this in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions posted on our website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods and Limits:

Wire Transfer, Zelle, Cashiers Check*, Business Check*, Cash^ — Accepted for any purchase amount.
Personal Check* — Accepted for purchases under $7,500 USD.
Credit Card (processed through QuickBooks Payment) — Under $3,000USD or item-specific CC limit, items carrying checkout button.
PayPal — Accepted for purchases under $1,500 USD or items on luxedealmaster.com carrying PayPal button.
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) only. Any currency conversion fees, bank fees, or transfer charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
*Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, and Business Checks are subject to holds and will not be considered complete until fully cleared by our bank.
^Cash payments are accepted only by prior written arrangement. If mailed, the buyer assumes all risks of loss, theft, or misdelivery, and LUXEDEALMASTER^® will not be responsible for such losses.

2. Payment Completion and Order Release:

Orders will not ship until payment has been received in full and cleared into our designated account. Proof of transfer, remittance advice, or screenshots do not constitute completion of payment. Only actual receipt of cleared funds allows us to release merchandise. If any payment is reversed, declined, or subject to a chargeback, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will remain liable for all related costs and damages. We reserve the right to hold items until payments are fully verified, including during extended bank hold periods for checks or international transfers.

3. International Payments

International buyers must pay exclusively by wire transfer; no other methods are accepted under any circumstances. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). Buyers are responsible for all bank charges, intermediary bank fees, conversion fees, and any taxes associated with the transfer. Orders will only be processed once the net amount received equals the full purchase price (plus shipping, insurance, and any applicable taxes). Any shortfall caused by transfer deductions or currency fluctuations is the responsibility of the buyer and must be settled before the order is released.

4. Deposits:

For purchases over $5,000 USD, customers may request to hold merchandise for up to thirty (30) calendar days by paying a deposit of at least 40% of the purchase value.

Deposits are non-refundable, except where required by law or if LUXEDEALMASTER^® cannot deliver the item.
If the balance due is not paid within 30 days, we may cancel the order, retain the deposit, and charge a penalty of $500 per transaction (see our Deposit Agreement).
We may extend hold times case-by-case for customers who demonstrate genuine intent to complete payment.

5. Rain-Checks:

If an item has already sold, we may attempt to source a similar product upon receipt of a rain-check deposit of 25% of the item’s value or $500 (whichever is greater). Rain-check deposits are also non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind.

6. Transaction Fees and Deductions:

Original shipping costs, bank/wire transfer fees, PayPal fees, or other payment processor charges incurred by us are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund (see Refund Policy). Buyers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing wire transfer fees.

7. Fraud Prevention and Compliance:

For security reasons, we may request government-issued identification, proof of address, or verification of source of funds for large transactions. LUXEDEALMASTER^® reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity is detected.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Any unauthorized chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract, and you will remain liable for the full purchase price, plus collection costs, legal fees, and damages.

9. AML and Compliance Requirements:

LUXEDEALMASTER^® strictly complies with U.S. federal and state Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and international best practices. As part of our compliance obligations:

We reserve the right to request additional information or identification documents (including government-issued ID, proof of address, or business registration documents) before processing or releasing any order.
Payments will only be accepted from the buyer’s own account. We do not accept payments from third parties or unrelated accounts.
Any attempt to structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, conceal the origin of funds, or otherwise bypass AML laws will result in immediate cancellation of the order and reporting to the relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to hold or reject payments, cancel orders, or refund funds (net of applicable costs) if we believe a transaction is suspicious, unlawful, or non-compliant with AML regulations.
International buyers may be subject to additional verification requirements under U.S. and local laws before their orders can be processed.

10. Reservation of Rights:

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any accepted payment method at any time without prior notice, including for orders already placed but not yet finalized. Payment arrangements are binding only once confirmed in writing by LUXEDEALMASTER^®. If a payment method becomes unavailable or restricted after your order is placed, we will provide alternative payment options. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment is delayed, incomplete, suspicious, or inconsistent with our AML compliance policies.
