This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors and customers of luxedealmaster.com, whether you browse our site, use our contact forms, purchase products, consign items, leave reviews, or submit user-generated content such as comments or blogs. It also applies when we promote or cross-list our products on other platforms such as eBay.com, Chrono24.com or Instagram. While we control how data is collected on our own website, those third-party platforms have their own privacy rules, and we encourage you to review them separately.

By using our website and services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the way we handle data, please do not use our website. For any questions or concerns, you can always reach us at info@luxedealmaster.com

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Information you provide directly: We collect the information you voluntarily share with us when you use our website or services. This includes details you enter into our forms, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you use the “Contact Us” form, and your name, email, phone number, and address when you use the “Sell & Consign” form. The consignment form may also include details about the item you wish to sell or consign. If you purchase through our website, you  provide your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, and phone number. For high-value items sold outside the checkout process, we collect your name, address, email, and phone number so we can send you an invoice.
  • Payment information: We do not collect or store your credit card details on our website. All payments are processed securely by third-party processors such as PayPal and QuickBooks Payments (Intuit). We may collect confirmation details such as transaction IDs, payment amounts, and the name of the account holder to verify your order. In some cases, our payment processors may share limited information with us – such as the last four digits of your card or account number and the issuing bank name – to help us confirm and reconcile payments. We do not receive or have access to your complete payment card or bank account information.
  • Shipping and delivery information: To ship your order, we collect and use your shipping address, recipient name, and phone number. We also record delivery confirmations and may require signature verification for insured packages. We keep shipping records to track and protect against loss, damage, or fraud.
  • Information collected automatically: When you browse our website, some technical information is automatically collected through cookies and analytics tools. This may include your IP address, general location, device type, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site, and referring links. We use tools such as Google Analytics and JetPack (WordPress) to collect this information for site performance, traffic monitoring, and marketing analysis. We do not use this information to personally identify you.
  • Information from third parties: In order to process your order or consignment, we may also collect limited personal information from third-party service providers. For example, payment processors confirm whether your payment has cleared, shipping carriers (such as FedEx or USPS) provide delivery status, and insurers (such as Malca-Amit or IFS InfoSure) may receive your shipment details for coverage purposes.
  • Mailing list and marketing information: If you sign up to receive updates, promotions, or newsletters, we may collect your name, email address, and location through MailChimp or other mailing software we use. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

  • To improve our website and services: We use analytics data (from Google Analytics and JetPack) to understand how visitors use our website, which helps us improve functionality, product listings, and the overall user experience.
  • To prevent fraud and protect our business: We may use information to verify identities, prevent unauthorized transactions, detect suspicious activity, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
  • To comply with legal obligations: We keep records of sales, payments, and communications where the law requires us to do so, such as for tax or accounting purposes.
  • For marketing and updates (with your consent): If you sign up for our mailing list, we use your email address to send newsletters, promotions, or updates about our products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • For reviews and feedback: If you leave a review or comment, we may, at our sole discretion, display it publicly on our website to inform other customers.

RETENTION AND DELETION

  • How long we keep your data: We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide you with products and services, to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and to protect our business against disputes or fraud. For example, order and payment records are kept for at least the period required under U.S. tax and accounting laws. Consignment records may also be retained for reference in case of ownership or authenticity disputes.
  • Permanent records: Certain business records such as invoices, payment confirmations, and shipping logs may be retained indefinitely in our accounting systems (such as QuickBooks) or business files. This helps us comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve potential future claims.

This Privacy Policy and any disputes, claims, or concerns relating to it – including how we collect, store, or process personal information – are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using our website or providing us with your personal information, you agree that any disputes arising under this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where mandatory privacy or consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply and require otherwise.

Before filing any formal legal action, you must first contact us at info@luxedealmaster.com with a clear description of your concern and allow us at least forty-five (45) days to resolve the matter informally. Both parties agree to make a genuine and good faith attempt to settle disputes amicably. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights such as data security, intellectual property, or compliance with applicable law.
