REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies only to returns approved under our Return Policy and explains how refunds are calculated, processed, and issued. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Please read this in conjunction with our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions, posted on our website.

1. Inspection Before Refund:

All approved returns are subject to a full inspection by LUXEDEALMASTER® to confirm the returned item matches its original condition as sold. Refunds will only be processed once the item passes inspection. If any discrepancy is found, refunds may be denied or reduced accordingly.

2. Deductions from Refunds:

Refund amounts will be reduced by the following, as applicable:

  • Restocking Fee: A fee of 10%–20% of the item’s value, depending on the value, condition, and associated costs, as determined at our sole discretion. In cases of buyer misuse or gross misrepresentation, the restocking fee may be up to 30%.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Any original shipping costs incurred by LUXEDEALMASTER® will be deducted.
  • Transactional Fees: Payment processing fees charged to us by third-party processors (such as PayPal, credit card providers, or banks) will be deducted.
  • Loss of Value: Any reduction in the item’s resale value due to damage, tampering, alteration, or missing accessories may result in additional deductions.

3. Refund Method and Timeline:

Refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days after approval of the refund. The method of refund (e.g., wire transfer, check, Zelle, company credit, money order, PayPal, cash, etc.) is at our sole discretion, except where applicable law requires refunds to be made using the original payment method. Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) only. For international buyers, we are not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations or fees imposed by banks, credit card companies, or payment providers. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, processors, or intermediaries.

4. Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted only on a case-by-case basis, subject to agreement between the purchaser and LUXEDEALMASTER®. Any deductions for restocking, shipping, transaction fees, or loss of value will be cumulative.

5. Denial of Refunds:

Refunds will be denied in the following cases:
Returned merchandise shows usage, alteration, tampering, or damage not present at the time of sale.
Missing accessories, certificates, packaging, or other materials originally included.
Returns that were not pre-approved under our Return Policy.
Fraudulent or abusive return claims, including attempts to substitute or misrepresent items. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold the refund entirely or apply a higher restocking fee.

6. Compliance with Law:

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If state, federal, or international law requires a refund outside of the terms described here, we will comply with such legal obligations.

7. Finality of Decisions:

Refund determinations made by LUXEDEALMASTER® under this Policy are final and binding, except where prohibited by law.
