SHIPMENT POLICY

This Shipment Policy outlines how we process, package, insure, and deliver your orders, as well as the responsibilities of both parties when arranging shipments. 

Please read this in conjunction with our Return Policy, Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions, posted on our website. 

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally shipped within seventy-two (72) business hours (3 business days) after payment has been confirmed. If delays are anticipated, we will try to notify you in advance. Business hours do not include weekends or public holidays. 

Shipping Methods and Carriers:

  • FedEx Express Insured Shipping for Orders Over $1,500: All purchases valued at over $1,500 USD will be shipped exclusively using FedEx Express. These shipments are fully insured for their purchase value and packed with the utmost care to guarantee safe delivery. For a limited time, we offer FREE FedEx Express shipping within the continental United States on orders over $1,500 USD. 
  • Orders Under $1,500: Customers purchasing items valued under $1,500 USD may either arrange their own delivery logistics or select USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or FedEx Express or FedEx Ground at checkout. Customers choosing their own shipping method assume all risks of loss, theft, or damage once the package leaves our custody. Customers may also purchase discounted FedEx Express shipping through us to ensure safe delivery. 

Insurance and Risk of Loss

Orders shipped via FedEx Express (domestic or international) are fully insured for their purchase value. Orders shipped by USPS or customer-arranged logistics are not covered by our insurance, and the buyer assumes all risks of loss, damage, or theft. Once a package has been transferred to the courier, risk of loss passes to the buyer. 

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Offers

For orders over $1,500 USD, FedEx Express shipping is complimentary within the continental USA. For all other shipments, customers will be charged the actual shipping cost based on their selected method. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption documentation for verification before any exemption is applied. 

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • FedEx Express Overnight or 2-Day: We exclusively use FedEx Express Overnight or 2-Day Packages for domestic shipments valued over $1,500 USD to ensure speed and safety. 
  • USPS Priority/Express Mail: For orders under $1,500 USD, USPS Priority and Express Mail services are available, though delivery may take up to ten (10) days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 

International Shipping:

  • FedEx International Express: For all foreign shipments, we exclusively use FedEx International Express with full insurance coverage. Delivery times vary by destination, customs handling, and courier logistics. We cannot guarantee international delivery timeframes. 

Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

All customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs office for accurate rates. LUXEDEALMASTER® is not responsible for customs clearance issues, delays, or fees. 

Export Restrictions

Due to CITES Convention rules on protected species, we cannot export straps made of crocodile, alligator, ostrich, snakeskin, lizard, or similar exotic skins. Straps will be removed before shipment to non-U.S. addresses, including the EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. 

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order ships. FedEx shipments also include email notifications directly from FedEx. The delivery of packages will require signature confirmation. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking and ensuring someone is available to accept the package. 

Proof of Delivery and Signature Responsibility

Courier tracking updates (e.g., “Delivered” or “Signed For”) will be deemed conclusive proof of delivery. If a package requires a signature and no one is available, responsibility transfers to the buyer once the courier marks delivery attempted or completed. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic USA: FedEx Express Overnight or 2-Day packages typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. USPS Priority/Express Mail shipments may take up to 10 days. 
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary and depend on customs clearance and courier logistics. We cannot provide specific guarantees on international delivery dates or customs processing times. 

Delays and Limitations Beyond Our Control

We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, customs inspections, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of God, pandemics, public health emergencies, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or restrictions, changes in law, technical failures, power outages, internet or communication disruptions, or other events outside of our reasonable control that may affect processing, shipment, or delivery. Service interruptions, downtime, or errors on our website, courier platforms, or third-party systems used in processing orders are also outside our responsibility. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we will not be liable for delays, additional costs, loss of value, missed deadlines, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from these events. 

  • No Guarantee of Delivery Dates: While we aim to ship within the stated processing times and use expedited couriers for high-value orders, delivery dates and timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience caused by delayed deliveries, whether domestic or international. 
  • Risk Transfer on Customer-arranged Shipping: If a customer chooses to use their own courier or shipping method, responsibility and risk transfer to the customer at the moment the package leaves our custody. LUXEDEALMASTER® will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage in such cases. 
  • Packaging and Handling Care: All items are packed with the utmost care, using secure packaging to protect valuable items during transit. High-value items are packaged discreetly for security purposes. We may, at our sole discretion, use tamper-proof methods wherever possible to minimize risks. 
  • Damaged or Opened Packages: Customers must inspect their package upon delivery. Any damage, tampering, or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt at info@luxedealmaster.com, along with supporting photos. Claims reported outside this window may not be honored. 
  • Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries: If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance fees, and any associated losses. Refunds in such cases may be reduced or denied.
  • Restricted Addresses: We do not ship high-value items to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted delivery points. Customers must provide a verified physical address for delivery of insured shipments.
  • Insurance Claims: All insurance claims must follow the courier’s procedures and may require customer cooperation, including photos, documentation, or signed statements. LUXEDEALMASTER® cannot issue a refund or replacement until the insurer has approved and paid the claim. If a package is rejected or returned due to customs restrictions, the customer is responsible for related costs.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. LUXEDEALMASTER® is not liable for delays, loss, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Force Majeure: This Shipment Policy is also subject to the Force Majeure provisions contained in our Terms & Conditions. Events such as courier strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect shipping without liability to LUXEDEALMASTER®.
