Stunning Swiss (Unmarked) 18K Solid Gold Pendant/Pocket/Pin Watch for Ladies that is fully adorned with green color enamel and diamonds. This is truly an extravagant with the entire caseback having emerald color enameling with diamonds on top (26pcs). The 18K solid gold pin paired with the watch has two butterfly shaped wings with a clover in the middle and approximately 0.3ct piece of diamond in the middle of clover leaves. Based on the green color and clover leaves we wonder if this piece of extra fine jewelry was made for an Irish person. The movement inside is a fully jeweled nickle cylinder type.
