A very nice example of highly ornate American Tri-Color Gold pocket watch. It is a scarce example of high relief applique ornamentation where the applied multi-color gold sets in 3-dimensional fashion over the case which makes the objects more striking and vivid. Another great part about this particular specimen is that the coverage of the Tri-Color Gold ornaments is over entire front and back case covers.
