The enamel dial has some slight hairlines towards the outer periphery of the minute track between 7-8 o’clock. It is complete with original movement crystal bezel that sits underneath the dustcover. It’s a very heavy watch weighing at 85.4g total. It is an 8 Size Watch, diameter is 45mm. |

Waltham 18K Solid Multi-Color Gold Pocket Watch that comes with the highest grade case for a Waltham 8 Size Pocket Watch. It is exceedingly rare to find American 18K Multi-Color Pocket Watch case with 4 different metal colors and this one is also as fancy as it gets. It comes with scallop edging on the case band and even the side of the case band is fully adorned with multi-color diamond patterns. Both the case front and back covers are fully covered with columns of multi-color appliques radiating upwards toward the crown/pendant. One bird figure sits at the based on the caseback as well. Based on the Waltham Watch Co. database this watch was made in 1880 and on the presentation oval placard the watch was gifted on Christmas of 1882.
