| CONDITION: | Runs, Winds, Sets, Not Serviced. Cosmetically there is no hairline crack or chip to the enamel dial. The gold filled case is in very good shape with no brassing wear-through, and the engraved details are still sharp enough to be enjoyed. The current crystal is plastic on the bezel. For collectors and fans of pocket watches this is a great item to own without paying the high prices for solid gold cases which have now skyrocketed due to gold price increase. Even through this is a gold filled case it has a sizable chunk of solid gold intrinsically as the gold-filled case is made from outer layers of solid gold. Diameter is 55mm. |

Elgin 18 Size Fancy Engravings Gold Filled Hunter Case Pocket Watch in very condition with a nicely kept Elgin Grade 10 Movement. This pocket watch has an ornately engraved case with lots of flowers and scene of a lighthouse by the water as well as a bird flapping its wings on the covers. The gold-filled hunter case has coin edging as well. Condition-wise the watch winds and runs well but we have not timed or had it serviced so we don’t offer any guarantee on timekeeping. Most likely it will require full service if the owner wants to use it frequently.
