REMARKS: Truly wonderful antique A. Golya Leresche & Fils Top Grade Quarter Repeater Chronograph Open Faced Pocket Watch with original Box. This highly complicated pocket watch is truly a gem with Top Quality Nickle Finish Movement.   This is a rare pocket watch from the 1890s from a highly respected brand in A. Golay Leresche & Fils that manufactures top quality pocket watches. The quarter repeater movement is such a beautiful and top grade creation with rose gold train, finely chamfered chronograph parts, satin finished winding wheels, jewels to the hammers, and no less than 30 jewels total showing its spectacular quality throughout. Even the case with Jurgensen lips, classically laid-out dial markings, and classical fork hands all add to the flair of this antique timepiece.

CONDITION REPORT: Condition-wise the watch winds and runs well and the repeating is clear and chiming the accurate time. The chronograph functions normally with start-stop-reset all working.   It is highly recommended to have this watch serviced to preserve it and it will run and operate beautifully. We do not offer any functional guarantee to the timekeeping and repeating, this watch has not been serviced by us and we leave the decision to service/maintenance to the next owner.   We will not be accepting any return with claim of functional issues. Cosmetically the pocket watch is in fantastic shape with no hairline or crack to the dial. The solid 18K gold case is in great shape with just slight shallow dent that is hard to see.
