REMARKS: Scarce oversized C.L. Guinand Swiss Split Seconds Chronograph Rattrapante Chronograph Pocket Watch for sale with 30min Register and MASSIVELY SIZED at 53mm and 142.7g total weight. It is extremely scarce to find Oversized Split Seconds Chronograph Pocket Watches in Open Faced style along with 30 minute recorder. While hunting cased rattrapante pocket watches are often larger, open faced rattrapante usually go up to only 50mm and obviously much lighter in weight.   C.L. Guinand is one of the Swiss watchmaking brands that operated in the late 19^th Century until early 20^th Century specializing in complicated watches especially the split seconds chronograph or rattrapante. They are generally respected a high grade maker of complicated watches in that era.

CONDITION REPORT: Condition-wise the watch winds and runs well and the split seconds chronograph works well to split the top and bottom center chronograph hands. It has not been serviced by the seller and it’s under the sole discretion of the end-user in regards to service or maintenance.
