REMARKS: Rare and awesome Bulgari Octo Bi-Retro ‘Brazil Limited Edition’ Jump Hour Retrograde Display Automatic Wristwatch with the world-famous Octagon ‘Octo’ case.  This watch has model reference 102257 and case reference OBR.Y.1C.  This is one of the rarest and most sought-after watches in Bvlgari’s collection since it was made to celebrate 2014 World Cup held in Brazil and it was only made in an extremely limited 50pcs.  Bvlgari placed extra attention and importance in the making of this watch, using champlevé enameling technique to produce the vibrant colors representing Brazil as a nation.  The Bi-Retro design was patented by Mr. Gerald Genta and as a designer he achieved everlasting greatness by creating the Audemars Piguet’s greatest watch in the Royal Oak.  He was also the creator of Patek Philippe Nautilus, Bvlgari Bvlgari watches, and was even involved in creation of the Omega Constellation Double Eagle.  Bi-Retro display was a specialty of Gerald Genta’s original brand until it was bought by Bvlgari in year 2000.  Even until today Bvlgari reserves this special watch series dedicated to Mr. Genta’s original designs.  The Bi-Retro Jump Hour Retrograde display has long been one of the hallmark of Gerald Genta watches, having Jump Hour display for hours at 12 o’clock window and two fan-shaped retrograde displays for minutes and day of the month indicator.  Again, the whole design of both the Octagon case and retrograde display along with movement is all shared by Bvlgari OCTO watches.  Inside the watch an in-house manufacture GG7722 movement by Bvlgari is used which is a refined caliber using Gerald Genta’s original patent for Bi-Retro display but built ground up by Bvlgari. CONDITION REPORT: Condition-wise the watch is keeping excellent time and all of the functions work normally.  It has not been serviced by the seller and it’s under the sole discretion of the end-user in regards to service or maintenance.  We do not guarantee timekeeping accuracy or functions.  Cosmetically the watch is in excellent shape with no more than a few surface scratches.  It has never been polished and everything is 100% original.  The original natural rubber strap is in great used condition and it can wear maximally at 8.2” inches.  No Box or Paperwork, guaranteed 100% authentic.  Dimension is 42.5×42.5mm.
