Wonderful and scarce Glashutte Original Jubilee Chronograph Wristwatch 18K Yellow Gold with Mother-of-Pearl (MOP) sub-dials and produced as a limited edition of 750pcs. Model reference is 10-66-01-01-05 and the diameter is 39mm. This rarely seen Glashutte Original Mens Chronograph Wristwatch was made in 1995 to commemorate the brand’s 150th year anniversary dating back from the foundation of A. Lange watch factory in Eastern Germany. It was one of the brand’s first major product release after it reappeared from the dark days of East Germany. Even in 1995 when most watch companies are incapable of making their own movements, this Glashutte Original was able to make this watch in-house with their manufacture caliber GUB10-60. This watch was very well-designed and executed with mastery, it has a luxurious and classic look with coin edged bezel and mother-of-pearl (MOP) sub-dials. It is also sporty enough for everyday wear having thick and tapered lugs and a very heavy duty case with exhibition back. Glashutte even added a ruby cabochon to adorn the crown showing that this is one of the proudest products.
