Legendary Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classique Silver Dial Wristwatch in 18K Rose Gold with Mechanical Hand-Winding Movement. Model reference is 250.2.86. This JLC Reverso model is highly sought-after with its Silver Art Deco Style Dial which is much rarer than the black dial version. It is also the ‘original’ version of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Reverso Classique made in the early 1990s. This wonderful watch measures 23.5x38mm, inside it houses a hand-winding mechanical movement that is made in-house by Jaeger-LeCoultre. Originally it was a Gentleman’s model but in this day-and-age it can also be worn by ladies.
CONDITION REPORT: Condition-wise the watch winds/runs and keeps time well. However, this watch has not been serviced by us and we do not offer timekeeping or any functional guarantee. Ultimately the decision to service the watch is the sole responsibility of the end user. PLEASE DO NOT EXPOSE IT TO MOISTURE OR DIP IT IN WATER AS IT IS NOT ASSUMED TO BE WATER RESISTANT. Cosmetically the solid gold watch case and buckle are in wonderful condition with no more than a few faint scratches. The caseback has some scratches and part of the original Jaeger-LeCoultre engraving on the bottom has been shallowed from previous polishing as well as the case reference 250.2.86 on the side vertically. Serial number engraving on the bottom is still clearly observable. The made-in-Italy brown alligator strap attached to the watch currently is not original Jaeger-LeCoultre and it is in good used condition. Comes with white JLC Reverso inner/outer boxes, Reverso Instruction Manual, and Livret de Guarantee booklet. Dimensions are 23.5mm (width without crown) x 38mm (length lug to lug).
