Cartier Santos de Cartier Mens Automatic ‘Large Model’ Wristwatch in Stainless Steel Bracelet. This is the NEWEST CURRENT MODEL of the Cartier Santos Automatic Large SS wristwatch that is still shown on the brand’s website. This newest version of Cartier Santos features two patented bracelet ‘SmartLink’ and ‘QuickSwitch’ systems that allows the wearer to size bracelet links and swap bracelet/strap without using any tools. Both of these ingenious designs just require the wearer to use his/her fingernail to quickly make bracelet adjustments. This current Large Automatic Model of the legendary Santos line has a more elegant look than its predecessor by having a flatter and more rounded profile. Inside the watch Cartier uses an in-house manufactured caliber 1847MC which is fabled to be one of the best and most stable of any of the Cartier in-house movements.
