Great classic Omega DeVille Prestige Co-Axial Chronometer Automatic Wristwatch in 2-Tone 18K yellow gold & stainless steel for sale. Model reference is 424.20.37.20.58.001 and it comes with a Co-Axial escapement movement. The gold-tone dial is adorned with diamond markers and 18K solid gold applied numerals at 3, 6, 9 12 o’clock. This particular model is very classically styled and it has a great two tone bracelet that is perfect for everyday wear. It is also a larger sized watch than its predecessors at 36.8mm without losing the timeless Omega Deville look. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is $8,700.
