Iconic Omega Vintage Speedmaster Moon Watch or ‘Man on the Moon’ Chronograph Wristwatch from the early 1970s. The model reference is 145.022-71 ST which was the earliest Omega Speedmaster made with caseback engraving of NASA and ‘The First Watch Worn on the Moon’. This particular specimen has the model correct Stepped Dial with Logo-Stamped Crystal and 145022-71 ST HF (Huguenin Freres) Case. Omega Speedmaster Professional Moon Watch is synonymous with Omega and the NASA space missions. Chosen as the original astronaut’s equipment for Apollo missions it has become a true icon that represents Swiss mechanical perfection. Inside this model of Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch 145.022-71 caliber 861 hand-winding chronograph movement served as the uses the workhorse.
