CONDITION REPORT: Cosmetically this watch is in very good condition with slight surface scratches.  Right underneath the serial number plaque there is a short deep ding/scratch which in most views this is not obvious at all and it does not distract from how nice the watch is.  The sapphire crystal looks clean and without scratch.  The black leather strap is in excellent pre-owned condition.  It comes with Inner/Outer Ulysse Nardin Black Boxes (vinyl peeling inside), no paperwork, guaranteed 100% authentic.  Diameter is 40mm.
