| COSMETIC SHAPE: | Good, 85%+. Cosmetically the watch is good pre-owned shape with normal scratches and slight dings/dents. There are a few sharper dings to the soft 18K gold case and caseback that are hard to see without magnification. There is also a very tiny edge chip to the crystal at approximately 43min position. The 18K solid gold case hallmarks are clear and sharp and the serial number engraving is also still visible on the caseback. It comes with a VC black alligator strap plus 18KY Maltese cross buckle. |

Classic and elegant Vacheron & Constantin 18K Yellow Gold Patrimony Automatic Date Wristwatch for Men with Sigma Dial. Model reference is 44001/1, this model was made from the 1980s to mid 1990s. Being an Automatic Model with Date, this was one of the cornerstone models for Vacheron Constantin and comes in the perfect Mens Watch dimension at 35mm. The dial with white background dial and solid gold hands and markers makes this the quintessential mens luxury dress watch. Even with thin profile the watch has a clamshell closure case which is made water-tight and quite solid. Inside the watch it comes with the legendary Vacheron Constantin calibre 1121/1 with 21K lined rotor in ultra-thin construction.
