Grand Seiko CURRENT MODEL Sport Collection Spring Drive GMT with next generation movement Caliber 9R66. Model reference is SBGE248 and the current MSRP is $11,500. This model of Grand Seiko is the first to combine 18K yellow gold with blue color scheme which is one of the favorite color combinations in two-tone wristwatches made famous by the ‘bluesy’ Rolex Submariner. In this particular Grand Seiko the blue color has more of a purplish hue on the dial where the bi-directional rotating bezel really shows a royal blue tone that is highly reflective due to the sapphire crystal placed on top of the bezel. The current Spring Drive GMT Caliber 9R66 powers this watch with 30 jewels and an astounding accuracy to +/-15sec per month. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is $11,500.
