REMARKS: Marvelous Swiss 14K Solid Gold Demi-Hunter Case Pocket Watch with Enamel Hour Ring outside the front case cover and on the back cover it has a beautiful bouquet of multi-color enamel flowers and leaves. This is a ladies pocket watch from around 1890-1900s. It has no brand label but it is almost certainly Swiss made. Inside the watch it uses a Swiss bar type cylinder movement with 10 jewels. This jewel count tells us it is of higher quality than the standard 4 or 8 jewels arrangement for cylinder watches. The dustcover is gilted brass metal.
CONDITION REPORT: Condition-wise the watch winds and runs well but we cannot make any guarantee on function as it is over 100 years old and we have not had it serviced. Any maintenance or upkeeping is the sole responsibility of the end user. Cosmetically this watch is in fine condition, with just a slight area of enamel loss to one of the exterior leaves on the caseback and no other defect to the enamel parts and the case has no dings or dents.
