Excellent condition Longines 14K Solid Gold Open Face Pocket Watch from the 1940-1950s. This particular specimen has Caliber 17L movement inside which is a very good and robust mechanism. The dial has sectional finish with a nice division between the center section and the outer hour chapter where the numerals were applied. The solid gold Arabic hour numerals have tarnish on them showing their age and this gives the watch a sense of nostalgia.
