Spectacular antique LeCoultre & Co Top Grade Minute Repeater Pocket Watch in 14K Solid Pink Gold Hunter Case that was made in the 1890s for E. Bourquin & Fils of Switzerland. It is exceedingly rare to see a Minute Repeater Watch let alone one that was made as a top grade timepiece. It has all of the 1st quality features such as jewels to the hammers, wolf teeth winding wheels, escape bridge capping, solid gold screws on compensated balance and much more. The LeCoultre & Co was engraved underneath one of the repeater hammers. It was customary for many Swiss Watch Brands in the late 19th Century to purchase high quality ebauches or base movements and finish or complete the watch to their specifications. Most of the times highly complicated timepieces such as this minute repeater from a lesser-known but highly-esteemed brand such as E. Bourquin & Fils were manufactured as a collaboration.
