REMARKS: Great and rare Baume Mercier Capeland USA Flag Automatic Limited Edition Wristwatch with only 50pcs Made! Case Reference is 65417 and this watch is made in Stainless Steel. On the dial it has an American Flag prominently displayed underneath the 12 o’clock marker and it comes with Day-Date and Power Reserve Functions. The overall design is excellent with with Blue Hands paired with Red Text and it all compliments well with the USA Flag. On the caseback it’s engraved with United State of America Limited Edition of 50pcs. In the world of ‘limited editions’ that numbers in the hundreds if not thousands of pieces per edition, this watch is definitely rare. Like with all Baume Mercier Capeland watches from the 2000s the case is sporty with flared wide lugs and robust case.
CONDITION REPORT: Condition wise the watch functions well but we cannot guarantee long term timekeeping accuracy or longevity as we don’t know its ownership history. Cosmetically it is in very good condition with no more than faint surface scratches. Sapphire crystal is clean and has no scratches. The current alligator strap is well worn and it’s aftermarket and the stainless steel buckle is also generic (not Baume Mercier original). The strap and buckle can be easily changed. No box or paperwork included, guaranteed 100% authentic. Diameter is 39mm.
