Rare Vintage Corum ‘Astrologic’ Zodiac Sign Aquarius 18K Solid Gold Mechanical Mens/Unisex Wristwatch.  The Corum Astrologic watch was released in 1970 so that the owners can special order watches from this model carrying Zodiac sign associated with their birthdate.  Corum also offered service to engrave the owner’s name and birthdate on the caseback underneath the Zodiac sign logo.  Corum watches have always been known for their opulent and distinctive designs and the Astrologic watches are the prefect examples.  This particular specimen has Aquarius on the caseback and in today’s terms it really doesn’t require someone to be born an Aquarius to wear this watch as the dial has all 12 Zodiac signs.  Inside the watch an ultra-flat 21 jewels mechanical movement serves as the timekeeper.

CONDITION REPORT: Condition-wise the watch runs and sets.  We have not tested the timekeeping accuracy and most likely it will require service if the next owner is looking to use it regularly.  We do not offer timekeeping or any functional guarantee.  Ultimately the decision to service the watch is the sole responsibility of the end user.  Cosmetically the watch is in very good shape, it doesn’t appear to be polished in the past.  It comes with a generic brand new vintage leather strap (aftermarket non-Corum), the buckle is also a generic gold-plated one.  Strap will wear up to 8” inches in length.  Comes with vintage Corum Box, guaranteed 100% authentic.  Diameter is 33mm, it was a Mens watch but in the modern styling also a unisex watch.
