| COSMETIC SHAPE: | Good, 80%+. Cosmetically this watch has a very sporty and appealing gray dial with gold markers and it does have some surface discoloration mostly around the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock sub-dials (6 & 9 o’clock sub-dials has more surrounding discoloration). The dial is 100% original. The 18K solid gold case is in good shape for a 50+ years old vintage watch and it has been polished in the past. The caseback polygon case opening threads are still quite sharp with a few occasional dings. There are various scratches and pits on the plastic crystal. Crown and chrono buttons are original. Obviously for a vintage watch there are various scratches to case and most of these are minor. |

Vintage Movado Datron HS 360 ‘Sub-Sea’ 18K Solid Gold Automatic Chronograph Mens Wristwatch from the 1970s. The Movado Datron has long been a highly sought-after Vintage Chronograph due to its affiliation with Zenith in that it uses a Zenith El Primero 3019 PHC Automatic Chronograph Movement with Hi-Frequency at 36,000 beats per hour. Model Reference inside the caseback is 6718. It is quite scarce to find the vintage Movado Datron HS 360 in 18K solid gold case whereas there are many in stainless steel and gold-shell cases.
