Zenith El Primero ‘Rainbow’ Automatic Chronograph Wristwatch in 2-Tone Stainless Steel & Yellow Gold with the highly attractive Blue Dial and Bezel. Full Model Reference is 15/35.0470.400. The Zenith El Primero ‘Rainbow’ Automatic Chronograph were highly popular series of the El Primero Watches with Diving capacity having screwed down crown and buttons. It also comes with uni-directional rotating bezel for its diving capacity. This particular Zenith El Primero Rainbow comes with Blue and Gold colorway which gives it a stunning look similar to the Rolex Submariner ‘Bluesy’. Inside the watch it houses the high-frequency Zenith El Primero Caliber 400 which all watch lovers know is a legendary Automatic Chronograph Movement. Being made from early 1990s the Rainbow series was discontinued soon after LVMH’s takeover of Zenith 1999 where it was no longer available in the early 2000’s. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) was $6,200 in year 2000.
